The experience
Your captain meets you at the pier and guides you by boat to Roatan’s most spectacular snorkel sites. Unlike a single-location shore snorkel, this adventure visits multiple reefs — each with its own character, depth, and marine life.
The Aquarium is a calm, sheltered reef where beginners feel confident. Blue Channel offers a dramatic swim-through where the reef wall opens to open blue. The main Mesoamerican Barrier Reef stretch reveals the full scale of the world’s second-largest reef system, with coral formations stretching as far as you can see.
You may spot sea turtles grazing the seagrass, eagle rays gliding the channel edge, or parrotfish nibbling the coral. Snorkeling equipment is provided and your guide adjusts the pace and location to match your comfort and the sea conditions of the day.
After the reef, you’re dropped at West End or West Bay for optional beach time, a drink at a beach bar, or fresh ceviche at a local spot before your private return to the cruise terminal.
