“My mom and I had the most amazing day with Roatan Wonders! I honestly stumbled upon this booking and I'm so glad I went with it. Danny picked us up right outside of the cruise terminal and from the moment we met him, the whole day felt so easy and personal. We started with a boat ride out to the reef for a couple of hours of snorkeling, which was incredible. From there, we headed toward West End, where we spent time on the most beautiful white sand beach with clear blue water. I believe you have the option to add this after the snorkeling if you want to extend your day, which I highly recommend. We had a few drinks at the beach bar and had some of the best fresh ceviche, followed by an amazing fresh seafood lunch at a local spot. What really made the day special was getting to spend so much time with Danny and actually hear about Roatán from someone who knows and loves the island. On our way back to the ship, he drove us through downtown, told us about the island, and even showed us some of the Independence Day celebrations happening that day. It made the experience feel like so much more than just a list of stops on an excursion. I couldn't recommend this experience enough. If you're visiting Roatán, absolutely book with Roatan Wonders! Considerations for cruise visitors
Will I be back at my ship on time?
Always. Every tour is built against your ship's all-aboard time with a minimum 90-minute buffer. Schedules are reviewed daily and pickups adjusted for any delays. In the unlikely event we ever fall short, we cover the cost of meeting your ship at the next port — though we have never had to.
Where exactly do you pick us up?
A guide with a Roatan Wonders sign meets you at the cruise terminal exit — Mahogany Bay (Carnival ships) or Coxen Hole / Town Center (Royal Caribbean, NCL, Princess, Disney, etc.). Pickup is included in every tour price.
What if our ship's schedule changes?
If your port day changes or your ship can't dock due to weather, there is no charge. Just message us on WhatsApp so we can release or reschedule your reservation.
What does private mean?
Your land vehicle and driver-guide are reserved for your group, so you control the pace and do not wait for a busload of strangers. Public attractions, beaches and any boat specifically described as shared may include other visitors.
Is it sensible to book outside the cruise line?
It is — and increasingly common among experienced travelers. Roatan Wonders is a small, locally-owned operator born and based on the island. Booking directly with us means a more intimate experience, real local guides, and significantly better value than ship-line tours.
What's your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour. No charge if your ship can't dock. Reschedule any time before the tour starts.
